Our most recent event was a listening party for the woman of groove EP featuring former label artist Mutanu.
The event was held at vibanda village in Upperhill, Nairobi. The line up included porpular urban artist and Mastingo hit maker kahu$h. Other notable perfromances included a live band session from members of the Wahenga band who brought the house down by playing covers of old kenyan hits.
Artist Razini kept the live theme alive with an acoustic set before label artist Les closed the live series with an elecrtifying mash up performance from his catalogue. After the instrumentalists had had their fun, recording artist Jace made his debut live act with a set featuring his then latest release Control, that is highlighed on the media to the right. The hiphop wave was carried on by an engaging performance by popolar kilimani rapper Obiero and Ikitoka hit makers Genesis and Ouma wa Mafegi.
The event was organized and curated by our team in colaboration with other notable partners. Live show production was handled by yours truly with the audio engineered by myself with help from the Permanent Presidential Music Commision of which I am grateful to. Scroll down for the event's gallery!
